Job Description

  • Ensure that team members record delays for all delays on IndiGo Network in timely order.
  • Working in 24X7 shift and ensuring that all delays are correctly recorded and maintain list of discrepancy and pending delays.
  • Daily data on delays to be complied and shared with all operational department’s that will facilitate AM- DMC for regular delay meetings and analysis.
  • Will assist in Preparation of monthly Status Reports on various delay data, collate and analyze the delays details monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Generate, maintain, analyze & present daily/ weekly/ monthly reports.
  • Standardize similar reports across departments and teams.
  • Undertake Trend Analysis of delay Data.
  • Aim at increasing productivity by developing automated applications; co-ordinating information requirements.
