Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Standards Department in Cabin Crew Division. As a member of Standards, he/she will experience a broad and enriching portfolio, including ensuring the timeliness and smooth implementation of crew promotions process, as well as identifying, analysing and bridging the gaps in service standards by cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities

i) Coordinate the crew promotions process.

ii) Develop the crew promotions software - write user stories based on requirements needed, collaborate with technology teams to ensure effective execution of end-to-end testing, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), raise defects and follow-through on resolution.

iii) Assist in investigation of passenger feedback on crew service, respond to stakeholders (e.g. Customer Affairs Dept) and highlight areas of improvement with crew if required.

iv) Derive actionable, data-driven business insights to improve Cabin Crew service performance.

v) Strategize and launch Cabin Crew service campaigns or initiatives – e.g. design collaterals, giveaways, activities and communications materials.

vi) Reach out to the crew population through communication materials to highlight service performance results and service tips. E.g. CC Times, CIC Brief.

vii) Lead and/or participate in cross-departmental task forces or working groups.

viii) Any other duties as assigned by Vice President Standards, Talent Acquisition and Development.

Required Skills

• Possesses a recognised university degree

• Preferable to have at least 2 years of flying experience, but not essential
