The successful candidate will be part of Cabin Crew Safety, Security, Quality & Health Department in Cabin Crew Division. He/She will facilitate key decision-making in projects to promote safety, security, quality and health with the best interest of our internal customers (i.e. SIA cabin crew).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that our procedures and protocols for cabin crew are in full compliance to regulatory requirements (such as IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and CAAS Air Operator Certification (AOC) audit)
- Engaging stakeholders and regulators regarding Air Navigation Regulations (ANR)
– Collaborate with stakeholders in delivery of project commitments to achieve cabin crew productivity and ensure cabin crew safety competency standards.
- Engaging regulatory authorities to achieve viable/sustainable cabin crew fleeting configuration for optimal crew rostering/productivity.
- Promoting effective Fatigue Risk Management for cabin crew and ensure compliance of the Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS).
- Review of Cabin Safety Observations (CSO) and provide trend analysis/recommend action plans, to maintain high safety awareness in the aircraft environment.
- Engaging training schools in SIA to ensure all safety trainings or regulatory programmes are smoothly conducted, and conduct reviews where necessary.
- Organising campaigns, publish communication collaterals, engage stakeholders to promote safety, security and healthy lifestyle for cabin crew.
Requirements
o Experience liaising with governmental bodies / aviation safety regulators
o Familiar with the administration of Quality System
o Prior experience as an aircrew or aviation-related role
