Minimum requirements

  • 1 year experience with airline reservations and ticketing
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Qualification : Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries within 24 hours and grievances within 72 hours
  • Liaise with relevant departments to investigate and resolve any grievance
  • Provide feedback to the concerned departments to implement service standards for better customer experience
