Boeing Supply chain Systems is currently looking Experienced ERP Systems Analyst - SAP FICO/FSCM Functional Analysts to join their IT team in Bangalore, India. These positions will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business to implement SAP projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.
• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.
• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues.
• Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 8 years of overall experience with major experience in FICO/FSCM implementations
• Candidate should have done 2 SAP FSCM E2E implementation project. Minimum 2 E2E implementation in S/4 HANA.
• Strong knowledge in SAP FSCM and Integration with SD and FICO.
• Must have strong conceptual and hands on implementation knowledge in SAP FSCM sub-modules mainly covering:
• SAP Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, Biller Direct, SAP Cash Management and Treasury.
• Should have worked on End-to-End process in FSCM module and integrated process with FICO. Candidate must have worked and should process knowledge on Interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. Worked on IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs and Customs programs.
• Translating Functional requirements into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests.
• Familiar with Fiori UX in S/4 HANA.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 8-12 Years of experience in manufacturing environments and should have minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP of which 8+ years in SAP- Sales & Distribution.
• Conceptual and implementation knowledge of SAP FSCM for complex environments. Knowledge of Milestone billing and configuration knowledge of quantity and value contracts.
• Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry would be an added advantage
• In depth knowledge of SAP FSCM user exits and SAP standard reports.
• Ability of handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP. Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager
• Certifications in SAP FSCM or SAP FICO will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods.
• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods.

Preferred Qualifications

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 8 to 12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
