Boeing India Engineering group is currently looking for a Process Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization. 

A successful candidate will have the Process centric mindset, driving the collaboration and change agent culture as these positions will focus on working directly with the Engineering Manager to implement BCA Enterprise processes, helping to enable the BCA business to meet their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and maintaining all process assets and templates for Program management, Enterprise Gated Process and Planning
• Partner with SME’s to provide training and assistance for product lines getting started to initiate Gate 5 review and supports all critical Gated milestones
• Manage schedules, prioritizes work that impacts planning process assets and coordinate changes to all planning process assets
• Reviews/contributes schedule details for Gated process activities, SRR, PDR, CDR, etc. and ensures proper process assets/trainings are available
• Reviews product line readiness for each gate to ensure proper understanding of all tasks/criteria
• Provides guidance to process SMEs in executing all activities across all product lines in the area of Program management, ESGP and Planning
• Provides ongoing collaboration and support for any PL questions regarding Program Management, ESGP and Planning activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10 + years of experience, Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ESGP (Enterprise Standard Gated Process)
• Change Management Process Consultant with strong communication skills
• Good experience on conducting training sessions on process assets
• Experience with Engineering life cycle activities, tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Engineering degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +8 years' related work experience, etc.).
