Boeing Global Services is searching for an F15 Maintenance Training Coordinator to lead efforts for our continuing growth at Al Udeid AFB in Qatar. This position is a Long Term Assignment to Al-Udeid, Doha, Qatar (for up to 2 years). The incumbent will first onboard and train in St. Louis, Missouri.  Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.                                       

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversees the review and evaluation of customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
• Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.
• Develops training concepts, techniques, and processes.
• Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
• Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.
• Presents proposals to customer and participates in contract negotiation.
• Consults with and coaches others regarding final product quality.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience as USAF Craftsman (7-Level) in a like position/systems
• Education or Certifications from an accredited institution and or equivalent experience.

• Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
• Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
• Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
• Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate

Typical Education/ Experience:

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.
