Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced F-15QA Simulator Technician to support our business in Doha, Qatar.  

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Doha, Qatar for up to 2 years.  The assignment will begin with a 2 week orientation in Berkeley, MO for training purposes.  Relocation/assignment benefits to the domestic and international location will be provided.

Position Responsibilities:

- Assists with repairs and tests, installs, configures, upgrades and assists in the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software

- Conducts simulator training missions for the customer

- Performs general inspections for pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training devices, assemblies and components

- Conducts functional tests of training device systems and monitors device instrumentation and bench mounted indicators

- Assists engineers in troubleshooting systems and support equipment

- Troubleshoots to isolate faults and repair faulty components

- Works under limited supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Berkeley, MO. and Doha, Qatar locations.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  A final Secret U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

- Minimum 2 years flight simulator experience

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

- Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.

- Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.

- Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.

- Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance

- Experience working with international customers

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
