Boeing Facilities Design and Support team is currently looking for Facility Support Manager to join their team in Hindon Air Force Station, India. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense India (BDI) business organization. 

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Facility Multi Services Leader to implement strategies helping to enable the BDI business to meet their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages, develops, and motivates a team of employees within the facilities support field including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction, and Plant and Equipment maintenance
  • Develops and executes project and process plans
  • Implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, leads process improvements
  • Provides technical management of suppliers
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Develops and maintains relationships and strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions
  • Participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
  • Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
  • Manages a group of roughly 5-10 direct reports

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 12+ years of experience in a Facility Management, Construction Management or Engineering role
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with the US Army Corps of Engineers including specific systems including RMS

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+12 years' related work experience.)
