POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document Process flows and Standard operating manuals
  • Document Control Design and undertake Testing of controls
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Analyzing data to develop actionable business insights
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to management
  • Process Vendor Invoices and post accounting entries in Tally and SAP system
  • Prepare and Manage Bank, Customer and Vendor Reconciliations
  • Prepare & Manage Customers accounts reconciliations - Monthly
  • Prepare Sale Invoices and customers & vendors screening through the denied parties
  • Support Statutory audit, internal audit, 3rd part audit and tax returns and assessments 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Com/M. Com and Cost Accountant / MBA with 4 years+ experience
  • Experience in handling books in Tally & SAP systems
  • Sound working knowledge of Accounting and Tax concepts
  • Sound working knowledge of Excel, BI tools and Microsoft applications

  • An efficient and organized communicator – oral and written
  • A tech-savvy, scrappy troubleshooter, ready to learn new skills and software
