Job Description

Responsible for providing the Head of Finance with financial support in the achievement of their targets. Support with the financial planning, analysis and reporting function. Preparation & provision of various management reports, support on the budget cycle, preparing current estimates, long term forecasts and business plans and supporting in the financial modelling for projects and investment decisions.

Accountabilities

• Review, produce and ensure timely circulation of monthly management’s reports to stakeholders
• Review the financial performance of the business and support in the provision of the current full year estimates
• Review business cases and develop models for the preparation of business plans.
• Prepare the Finance pack for the monthly business review meetings
• Manage efforts for completion of the annual budget cycle, consolidate the units submitted templates, analyse comparative data, manage budget versions, track included initiatives, control the group submissions, prepare relevant presentations, upload approved budget
• Creation of financial models to support the evaluation of business decisions, projects and investment cases
• Provision of detailed analysis for Senior Manager Business Partner to support informed discussions with business leads
• Lead finance teams in all system implementation, enhancements and automation projects.

Education & Experience

• University degree in Business/Finance
• Relevant professional qualifications and chartered accountant (or equivalent)
• Min. 3-7 years in a similar capacity
