Job Description

Responsible for assisting the EFB Senior Officer and Senior Manager Flight Operations with the safe, timely and accurate provision of supplemental equipment and data required to conduct a flight.  Responsible for receiving, distributing and ensuring the continued serviceability of items such as EFBs, mobile phones and supplemental data to support the entire flying programme.    

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Key Activities 

• Support the provision of EFBs and supplemental data for flight
• Maintain EFBs, mobile phones and supplementary hand outs to the required support level for Operations
• Maintain the crew briefing area to a standard suitable for 24 hour efficient Operations
• Audit stock and initiate repairs as required
• Supply research data and reports to EFB Senior Officer and Senior Manager Flight Operations to aid defect resolution and optimisation of resources
• Consolidate cabin crew notifications, alerts and briefing data
• Consolidate flight crew notifications, alerts and briefing data
• Prepare, validate and issue journey log and General Declarations for flight

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualification   

• High School / Diploma

Experience      

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or Operations based role (airline of aviation focused vendor) preferential

Knowledge / Skills        

• Knowledge of Auditing of pages / manual maintenance
• Knowledge of Maintenance of electronic equipment
