The candidate should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP
landscape
and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
The Area of Responsibility is in Sales and Distribution. Candidate would work on with international
stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:

• 5-7 years’ experience in the areas of SAP ERP – Sales & Distribution.
• Experience in 2 E2E implementation cycles preferably in SAP S/4HANA On-Premise.
• Should have excellent understanding of sales, pricing, ATP, delivery, invoice, outputs, texts, account determination, taxation, Shipment Processing and ASN.
• To be a techno-functional expert well versed in technical areas like BAPI,IDOCS/ALE and in functional areas like third party sales, STO, Credit management.
• Need to independently take up and participate in requirement gathering, e2e solution design, functional specification preparation, realization and deployment.
• Should be able to collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, architects and developers on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.
• Should also have good understanding in SD-MM, SD-FI and SD-LE component interfaces.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge on Revenue Recognition, Rebate Management.
• Knowledge on SAP LE-WM.
• Knowledge on Foreign Trade.
• Knowledge on CDS views, Reports, 3 rd party Integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure the solutions as per the requirements with good quality and performance.
• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape.
• Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
• Perform deep functional root cause analysis and performance improvement.
• Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
• User acceptance testing on coordinating with all the users and keeping the status as per the timelines.
• Responsible for Data migration support by providing right details and uploading in the system upon coordination with stakeholders.
• Able to report regular KPI as per the Business need and train the key users on change management processes.

• Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers
