Essential Responsibilities: 

• The GETP will prepare you for an exciting career tackling one of the world’s toughest challenge towards future of flight. As an GETP, you will: 
• Work on rotations over 2 years in a variety of disciplines within GE Engine Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd. (GEESM). 
• Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers. 
• Participate in leadership development training led by GE Aviation. 
• Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas. 
• GETP experience technically challenging and innovative rotations in the Aviation industry focusing in the areas of Power Plant Engineering, Process & Repair Engineering, Quality & Mechanical Engineering. 
• The core engineering skills gained in assignments are enhanced through Advanced Courses in Aircraft Engines and Corporate leadership training. 
• Exposure to other GE Aviation sites in the related function as necessary 
• Meet the Project deliverables as part of the Training Assignments 

 Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering  
• Working experience less than 18 months in related fields 
• Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or greater
