Position: General Manager - Taxation

Base location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10-15 years

Qualification: CA

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Direct and Indirect taxes
• Excellent Knowledge of handling GST & Service Tax issues
• Good working knowledge of Income Tax - expertise in withholding Taxes/TDS related issues
• Good working knowledge of Custom Procedure, VAT, etc.
• Accounting Experience in SAP Environment

The candidate would be responsible for:

• All Direct and Indirect Taxation related issues of the Company
• Drafting Briefs for opinions from Tax Consultants/Lawyers
• Responding to various issues raised by government departments in consultation with tax Lawyers/Consultants
• Reviewing and structuring contracts entered by the company to ensure efficient tax structuring
• Setting a process for the company to ensure compliance with tax laws and management of all tax-related exposures
• Developing and maintaining processes and systems for efficient accounting and MIS
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
