We are is currently seeking to recruit a Global Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to be based out of Asia.

This position will support Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for continual engagement and support to the HR Leadership Team as well as Business Unit and Functional senior leaders in building and driving culture priorities.

In this role you will operationalize the company’s Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion priorities in ways that are locally relevant.  You will have the opportunity to engage with external experts and companies for benchmarking and learning, as you strive to make Boeing a better, more inclusive and equitable company.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Asia lead for all equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts, including equal employment opportunity requirements;
  • Contributes to the Asia HR team as a key thought partner and expert in DEI, helping to identify and address areas for improvement – including processes, systems, and behaviors;
  • Conducts appropriate subject matter training in the areas of Inclusion, Allyship, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Diversity as appropriate;
  • Develops diversity action plans that are outcome-focused and actionable, and partners across business, HR, and centers of excellence to mobilize those plans;
  • Demonstrates a solutions-oriented mindset, thinking creatively about challenges and how to address them;
  • Models curiosity, care, and accountability, and creates an environment of trust and belonging
  • Develops, manages, and monitors process and decision support metrics.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience leading end-to-end development and execution of complex workforce change plans
  • Critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
  • More than 5 years' experience demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence senior level executives
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to contribute and learn

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
