Job Description

The holder of this position will be responsible to develop and update the training program and ensure smooth functioning of ASTI in all respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain CASTP of TATA SIA Airlines Limited
• Preparation and circulation of the training calendar with stakeholders
• Successful execution of in-service security training to security department personnel, cabin crew & pilots as per program
• Maintenance of training record and necessary documents as per requirements of BCAS
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Security Officer
• Develop, monitor & implement annual ASTI Surveillance Programs & certification
• Conduct routine training, certification as per National Civil Aviation Security Training Program issued by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS)
• Must track current industry training practices and innovate to improve efficiencies in AVSEC training delivery
• Prepare AVSEC training budget to analyze the cost incurred on the AVSEC trainings
• Coordination with BCAS Training Division to ensure smooth conduct of AVSEC trainings

Work Experience

• Minimum experience in the security department must be 15 + years and above and must include minimum 8 years of experience as AVSEC Instructor

Qualification

• Should be a AVSEC Basic qualified and having valid AVSEC Basic Refresher
• Should be a Certified AVSEC Instructor having valid certification from BCAS
• Should be graduate from a recognized university
