A vacancy has become available for a Head of Maintenance Personnel (blue collars) for Working Party perimeter within the Customer Services and Support function. This vacancy includes the management and follow-up all working party activities such as aircraft repairs, specific structure/systems modification program embodiments, snag rectification, trouble-shooting or technical advisory on all Airbus delivered aircrafts (all family program except A400M).

Be open-minded to work with different cultures Availability / flexibility to travel potentially worldwide
Availability to contribute to manager’s stand-by to secure reactivity to Customers’ request during bank holidays and weekends
Ensure the day to day management of the working party, coordinate with customer on site and review the working party process.
Ensure optimal monitoring of multi skills teams on human aspects as well as on the technical ones.
Extensive experience of team management.
Technical knowledge required
Language : Fluent in English
