Responsibility

• Ownership of the travel business vertical in the Philippines
• Key strategy developer to expand the travel vertical in primary and secondary markets (domestic and international)
• Key point of contact for all things travel
• Stakeholder management with regional teams, senior leadership and board of directors to ensure goals and objectives are met
• P&L management for the travel business vertical in the country
• Ownership of the travel vertical online presence (App & Web) and direct collaboration with Tech & Product Heads for platform enhancements.
• Identify and develop strong strategic partnerships at the local and regional level.
• Lead and develop a team comprising marketing, business, and operation heads

Job Description

• Business owner for the travel product category, overseeing all existing and new products within the travel business vertical.
• Work with Tech & Product directly, being responsible to drive innovation and enhancements for the travel vertical
• Manage a team of marketing, business, and operation heads whose responsibilities are to
• drive the day-to-day and long term objectives of their respective travel products.
• The candidate should have deep experience in commercial and marketing strategy, demonstrated achievements in business development, and a proven record of strong management skills.

Requirements

• Substantial working experience with OTA/travel tech business in Global or Regional (Asia).
• 5-10 years experience in commercial & marketing roles.
• 5-10 years of management experience.
• Tech-savvy, experience working directly with Tech and Product teams
• Experience leading medium to large teams
