-Handing total recruitment cycle process, reference checks, should work requirement on in-house and Client place.
- Assist in the end to end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, sourcing profiles and screening resumes from portals like naukri, through social networking sites like LinkedIn, as well as vendor profiles & referral profiles.
- Understanding the client needs and creating real time solutions to address their current and future
requirements.
- Efficient with tracking and updating all candidates’ correspondence.
- Handled confidential material at the highest level.
- Making a report of short listed candidates by describing the primary reasons for selection to the
Management.
- Responsible to get the interview status of prospecting candidates from clients and communicate the same to the candidates accordingly.
- Responsible for collection of attendance from different location and maintenance of employee leave
records for salary pay out.
- Should have knowledge in Payroll like PF, ESI process.
