Job Description

Minimum requirements

Graduate, MBA in HR would be preferable.
Highly skilled in data analytics and Microsoft excel
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

Employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintenance and update of employee records and database
Compliance of PF, ESIC, other statutory and labour laws
Updating Attendance records.
Facilitation for onboarding process of new hires
Plan and drive employee activities
Manage HR Operations
