Job Description

Answerable to the Manager of Operations and ultimatedly the Head of IOCC.
Reponsible to manage the IOCC department on a shift basis.
Responsible for optimizing the tactical management of flyadeal operation in the event of delays, disruption and other unforeseen events in an environment in incomplete information, tight deadlines, and against a complex set of aviation rules, requirements and legalities.
Proactively balance between financial costs of the various scenario that are developed to solved problem(s) and ensuring the integrity of the airlines schedule is maintained to deliver customer satisfaction.
Professionally maintain balance across a multitude of events and incidents impacting each other in an airline with a rapid growth.
