FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Loss prevention through theft/sabotage/Timely Maintenance of Security gadgets
• Traffic and parking compliance.
• Optimum utilization of available security manpower resources to reduce the cost on security deployment.

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• Should be highly disciplined and motivated
• Man management skills - Handling more than 100 private security staff
• Properly managing Aerocity road to address any threats, change in requirements in co-ordination with Delhi Police / Delhi Traffic Police, remove unauthorized parked vehicles, well-managed traffic, and theft free as well as encroachment free roads/Area.
• Supervise and give guidance for Surveillance through CCTV as well manpower
• Should hold valid Driving License for LCV / MCV
• Basic computer skill and report writing

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• The incumbent should be a graduate (in any Discipline), Successfully qualified in the Regulatory Authority mandatory trainings like Basic AVSEC, working experience on commanding/supervisory level over more than 30-40 security staff.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Should have worked in a Commercial Real Estate or Business District environment /Hospitality Industry/ Aviation, in supervisory position, minimum 8 to 10 yrs.
