About the role:

As a Lead AutoCAD Operator, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:

• Responsible for the production of architectural, civil, structure, M & E and other related drawings and lay out through AutoCAD system to aid HIA FM by providing accurate information for safe and cost-efficient approach in implementation of engineering and project works. Modify maintenance latest as built drawings of HIA facilities for engineering and operation support.
• Responsible to keep records of all drawings through delicate HIA IT server. Provide accurate information for safe and cost-efficient approach in implementation of engineering and projects works.
• Responsible for replenishment, stock and proper utilization of all expandable materials by keeping daily inventory record and initiate replenishment process to ensure to provide office support for HIA FM.
• Regularly follow up with the admin staff regarding daily and report the status to Architect.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

About you:

• High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 1 year of job related experience 
• Excellent drafting skills and abilities with all types of drawings (architectural, M & E, Plumbing & Sanitary, structural and interior design works) etc.
• Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records & generate reports.
