Job Description

Review of various manufacturing process specification, first article inspection reports and PPAP packages from various suppliers of Landing Systems SBU to ensure compliance with the quality assurance requirements.

Performing QMS audits, attending 2nd party and 3rd party audits (AS9100). Planning and performing process audits

Skills

3-5 years of experience.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes for aerospace metallic parts, preferably landing gear parts.
Good understanding of surface finishing and heat treatment requirements for aerospace industry and related operations.
Sound knowledge in FAI requirements and related AS9102 standard
Good understanding of APQP/PPAP requirements and AS9145 standard.

Good communication & interpersonal skills to coordinate with the SBU counterparts.
General understanding of AS9100 based QMS requirements

Desired Skills: Knowledge of Net Inspect, EtQ and SmartSolve
