Job Description

In the role of Lead Performance Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and analysis of operational data within the Ground Services Division in order to develop business changes and strategic plans to support the continuing growth of the organization. 

Key accountabilities of the role include the following:

• Design the delivery of reports including data extraction, evaluation, report design, analysis and quality control, with an objective of improving productivity and minimizing cost.
• Manage detailed analysis of operational data in order to produce performance metrics.
• Evaluate existing analytics and operational reports from usability, readability and performance point of view and provide recommendations of improvement.
• Present operational statistical data to achieve meaningful insight to Senior Management.
• Develop strong relationships with internal clients, IT technical staff and peers to define project goals, timelines and identifying and deploying resources to meet target completion dates.
• Manage and mentor the Analyst team, to ensure proper requirements collection, documentation, and validation for production deployment.  Provide oversight in managing team workload and develop the team’s professional skills and proficiencies.

Qualifications

About you

Along with a Bachelors Degree, you will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years in an analytical role within the airline industry. 

In addition, you will have the following job-specific skills:

• Highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of manpower planning and performance management skills
• Strong understanding of commercial impacts and financial/budgetary skills
• Project management experience
• Advanced level of MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Familiar with Business Objects and BI tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• People management skills
