Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Field Data collection, sanitize field events data for processing.
• Process the data in the processing tool following the industry/customer standards, business rules and guidelines.
• Validate the processed data against the acceptance criteria with respect to processing rules and business rules.
• Derive the reliability metrics and dashboards as per requirement
• Maintain individual and team day/week/monthly metrics for the data processed.
• Involve in customer meetings for process improvement.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed to the delivery schedule, quality and plan.
• Record and keep track of quality metrics and improvement areas received through feedback. Maintain and meet the expected improvement.
• Maintain the customer and organization data security guidelines.

Mandatory skills:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Aero Engine maintenance and field data analysis,
• A good team player, people leader who can work well under pressure or in stressful and demanding situations or environments.
• A well-organized, neat, and punctual individual who pays close attention to detail.
• Should have good communication and writing skill.
• Well aware of Aircraft /Aero Engine construction & functional details and maintenance procedures and practices.
• Good knowledge on the aviation reliability field data collection, processing and metrics generation procedures.
• Ability to comprehend OEM maintenance literature to evaluate field events in assessing the root cause and able to analyze manual change request.
• Experience in calculating the reliability metrics like MTBF, MTBR or MTTR etc.
• Experience in representing the data trends using the Power BI.
• Ability to train, mentor and control the new joiners to the team.

Desired skills:

• Experience in Airlines or MRO or Aero OEMs is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience with Spec 2000 is preferable
