Job Description

Maintain and drive continuous improvement of ARS Quality System and processes, ensuring compliance to regulatory and quality system requirements.
Execute closure of Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes, compliant to Customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production Leader to meet Customer’s expectations and as mandated within Service Agreements with Supplier.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Focal point representing ARS for all Quality matters, as required by relevant ARS Quality manuals/matrixes.
  • Monitor, track and drive quality performance of suppliers to meet performance targets and expectations for system compliance.
  • Engage with suppliers to manage quality escapes, workmanship issues on hardware and paperwork, through effective and timely RCCA.
  • Perform qualification and periodic audit of suppliers in accordance with quality, operational and engineering requirements to meet business expectations.
  • Responsible for timely OSB Order closure, as defined by Customer’s TAT requirements with close coordination between Customer Service and ARS Store.
  • Recommend strategies and drive Continuous Improvement efforts across relevant ARS functions to achieve efficiency, accuracy and speed.
  • Ensure operational alignment with ARS production plan and metrics, including report generation and management of supplier performance to ARS OTD/TAT requirements.
  • Optimize inventory and process improvements.
  • Participate in supplier selection and evaluation, focused on delivery performance and capacity.
  • Manage all aspects of Order fulfilment for GEnx RSP hardware, including liaison with internal / external Customers, Suppliers, Repair Stations, and OSB/MRO/QA Systems transactions, in order to successfully close the end-Customer’s Repair order.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant aerospace experience in Quality Systems, Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Experience in LEAN, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement functions will have advantage.
  • Experience in aviation Part 145 regulations, AS9100/ISO9001 quality management systems will have advantage.
  • Experience in quality tools and techniques such as RCCA, PFMEA, APQP, will have advantage.
  • Experience in aerospace repair processes will have advantage.
