Job Description

  • Proven work experience in Technical Publications
  • Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request Research extensively. Strong in Illustration.
  • Maintaining quality KPI Communicate with the PM for every project and ensure the quality KPI s are met Participate in reviews and follow the review cycles.
  • Able to guide Jr Authors Jr Illustrators Able to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections identify preventive actions
  • Candidate should be able to work independently and develop work instruction
  • Authoring/illustration of Manuals, User documentation files. Authoring/illustration parts catalogue (IPC) Prepare the Service Bulletins (SB's)
  • Prepare work instruction & delivery checklist Able to read and understand the engineering drawing Learn, understand, and apply our customers standard procedures Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and take ownership for implementation Support quality management & continual improvement projects Required Skills (Technical Competency)
  • Knowledge of Frame maker, SGML, InDesign, MS-Office, Tech illustrator Knowledge of standards ATA iSpec 2200, ASD STE, s1000D Strong communication, inter-personal skills required Able to work in a fast-paced, learning environment, meeting quick deadlines
  • Personal Work Attributes Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate, and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meeting hard deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desire to guide and mentor team member
