Job Description

Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, and auxiliary power units. It offers a broad product portfolio that includes commercial aircraft jet engines, commercial turboprop engines, military aircraft engines, business and general aviation jet and turboprop engines, helicopter turboshaft engines.

  • Manage daily operations with Tooling Process & Control (TPC) and engine stand maintenance team
  • Responsible for timely calibration, load test of Precision Measuring, Test Equipment (PMTE) and lifting gears (LG)
  • Liaise with vendors on calibration & LG matters such as reports, discrepancies, job completion dates etc.
  • Work with end users to register new PMTE & LG, change in calibration/load test schedule and trigger corrective actions
  • Review OEM tool bulletins for tool changes, modification and replacement
  • Liaise with vendors to perform modification and repair of tools
  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Logistics or any other related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ of working experience
  • Experience in calibration or load test is preferred but not mandatory
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fully competent in MS Office applications
