Description of Role:

• Leading indicator forum agenda & scheduling: Manage the agenda requests, set up the sharing technology, schedule and send out the agenda

• Leading indicator forum preparation: Work with the presenters to ensure that the material is complete and that all necessary preparation and pre-reviews have been completed
• Leading indicator forum execution: Ensure that the sharing technology is set up prior to the meeting. Attend the tech review, document key information, action items, and decisions
• Leading indicator forum minutes & documentation: Draft leading indicator review minutes for review and approval by GE Engineering technical focal. Distribute minutes. Ensure that all of the documentation from the review is properly tagged and loaded to the sharing site.
• Leading indicator data collection, post-processing, and closure: Follow up with overhaul shops to obtain leading indicator data. Post-process leading indicator data and share with appropriate design engineering team. Work with engineering team to drive leading indicator topics through tech review for on-time closure

Required Skills :

• Engineers who can understand Aeroengine principle and architecture
• Very Strong communication skills
• Ability to setup meeting agenda, MOM’ from the meetings, actions follow-up with different CFT teams like engineering, manufacturing, shop floor, etc. across the world (mostly US and Europe)
