Job Description


  • 1 Prepare and issue items to internal MRO and external customers in a timely manner. Update system and records accordingly.
  • 2 Perform good receipt for parts returned by internal MRO, ensure quality standards are met, and update system and records accordingly.
  • 3 Ensure items are properly packaged, tagged, secured, coming with proper documentation and handled with necessary precaution.
  • 4 Focal point of contact for freight forwarders, including their counterparts in Europe and Asia.
  • 5 Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, including issuance of packing lists and shipping invoices.
  • 6 Monitor closely all inbound and outbound shipments, keep Material Support & Logistics department informed, ensure all delivery are made on time, on cost and on quality.
  • 7 Operate forklift for loading and unloading of parcels and containers.
  • 8 Support function for dispatch and collection of parts and tools locally when required, using the company van.
  • 9 Assist in yearly stock count.
