As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for managing maintenance personnel and coordinating maintenance activities for the building and equipment in support of production, sanitation and food safety. You will work closely with the Hygiene Officer and external contractors in order to ensure smooth operations in the F&B department in relation to occupational and food safety. You will also maintain a safe environment to work in and monitor all necessary procedures and oversee the entire installation, operation, maintenance, and modification of facilities, equipment, and physical needs of the F&B operation; maintain surveillance over maintenance processes for the purpose of reducing and controlling costs to facilitate production at maximum efficiency and safety at minimum cost.
