Boeing Training and Flight Services is seeking for a Maintenance Training Manager to join the Maintenance Training team in Singapore.  The selected candidate will be responsible for the following 

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain close connections with Seattle (Washington, USA), Gatwick (London) and Singapore maintenance training teams to align on strategic objectives.
• Manage a team of maintenance training instructors in Singapore performing technical activities such as teaching and development of training content.
• Leads planning and integration activities for profit and loss stand-alone support program(s) or major support business/program element where business needs dictate
• Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
• Travel up to 25% of time

This position allows for hybrid arrangement. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the Singapore Training Campus.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 10 years of experience with aerospace products and/or product support
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading or managing a team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 10 years of experience with commercial or military maintenance training
• Minimum 10 years of experience with commercial or military maintenance operations
• Minimum 10 years of experience with international customers
• Airplane maintenance experience and/or license.

Typical Education/Experience :

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
