Job Description | Deputize for Sr. Manager Airside Operations in his absence, Responsible for day to day functioning for Airside Operations in the station, Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as laid down in the Ground Handling Procedures Manual and supervise and manage their implementation for manpower and equipment on the ramp, Prepare monthly billing, FHRs and other related documents for the services provided by the GHA and forward them to Senior Manager Airside Operation. Supervise the admin work in the station including monthly MIS, Maintain and follow up for all uniforms as per policy (summer, winter and monsoon wear). Maintain All Training Records of GoFirst / Go Ground staff in their respective airports. Liaise with Airport and Government authorities on matters concerning the company with regards to new rules and regulations pertaining to airside safety, Assess performance of Deputy Manager / Sr Ramp Officer/ Ramp Officers / Tr. Ramp Officer periodically, Monitor the functioning of Deputy Manager / Sr Ramp Officer/Ramp Officers/ Loaders and Drivers on a daily basis and also actively be present in the briefing, Need to have regular presence on the airside for flights monitoring and ground Operations, Keep all the training and other records updated at all times, Represent the dept. in various meetings/seminars/safety workshops as instructed by the Senior Manager Airside Operations. |
