Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IFS and with partner departments to perform data and process analyses as required
  • Develop and implement a BI dashboard for IFS related information through effective coordination with all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain all staff related information and data related to manpower planning, cabin crew roster planning, base staff numbers and forecast and control recruitment
  • Work with stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and implement initiatives driven towards process and product improvements
  • Define and map all process flows within IFS and provide suitable alternatives where required
  • Synthesize data and feedback from all related information systems to launch accurate and well-presented daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual reports
  • Contribute to short and long-term goal setting on all current and pending projects through accurate timelines
  • Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models within the IFS function towards an efficiency driven model
  • Make data-driven decisions and recommendations on all related information collected through analytical reasoning
  • Articulately and concisely explain the implications of complex data, by providing the Leadership team with info graphics and presentations for meetings as required
