Job Description

• -Lead the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategy for the company to build a positive brand
• -Manage consistent corporate communications in support of the company’s vision, mission, values and strategic objectives
• -Manage the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver messages and the clarity of information
• -Ensure timely sharing of relevant information to employees through various communication channels
• -Organize all internal ceremonies, events, and conferences
• -Support the company’s active participation in relevant industrial events to promote market presence
• -Maintain relationship with media outlets, develop strategic marketing plans and manage public relations
• -Manage responses to media enquiries related to the company and ensure that the company’s brand and public image continue to be positively perceived
• -Manage subscriptions with information sources such as newspapers, magazines and other media channels
• -Perform any other tasks, related to its function, requested by the CEO or the Board

QUALIFICATION

•  -Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Government Relations, or related field
• -Master’s degree is a plus
• -Qualifications in HR management are a plus

EXPERIENCE

•  -At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication with at least 5 years of experience in management roles
• -Experience in aerospace and defense industry is a plus
