Job Description

Digital Marketing plays a key role in progress of an organization, and it matters even more for a aviation company like IndiGo. This role holder in partnership with the digital marketing lead will be lead the performance marketing activities at IndiGo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the major platforms globally - Facebook, Google, Linkedin and other channels.
• Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
• Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
• Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
• Identify & Work with partners to deliver qualified leads and ROI on all campaigns
• Work closely with the business team to ensure cohesive approach and maximization of ROI
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

 Desired Skills for the role:

• Should have complete understanding of SEM/Social media
• Strategize to scale up paid media performance marketing on Google /programmatic /Facebook /Instagram & Other affiliate channels for new customer acquisition
• Should be able to evaluate data across tools like google ad words/google AdWords/ FB manager/SEM rush
• Should be able to work with larger and cross-functional teams like agency, manage managers, coordinate with business heads

• Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing
• Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen

Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree with over 6 years of relevant experience.
