This person would be responsible for managing the digital marketing tools & assets for the SpiceClub program, with primary focus on member acquisition, activation, retention and growth. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop ideas for promos and campaigns for different customer segments. There should be a basic hands-on experience with UI/UX & the ability to think through the customers online journey & the ways to make it better. Creative bent & ability to manage inter departmental relationship is necessary.
