The HR Employee Experience (EX) Lead will drive human-centric thinking and design for Etihad HR services, processes, policies, tools, and technology supporting the HR proposition of ‘an employee experience as remarkedly thoughtful as our guest experience’.
In this role, you will use a range of design thinking methods and tools to capture deep insights into the moments that matter to Etihad employees and the external Talent marketplace. You will focus on applying human-centric design to drive positive experience, practical HR solutions and a ‘promoter’ employee net promoter score (eNPS) related to the delivery of HR services.
