Job Description



  • 1. Responsible for review, approval and scrutiny of expense GLs in SAP.
  • 2. Responsible for proper maintenance of books of accounts as per IndAS and Companies Act.
  • 3. Ensure compliance as per Customs Act and Rules.
  • 4. Ensure all the payments are released as per decided timelines.
  • 5. Ensure statutory deductions and compliances of TDS, GST or any other statutory compliance
  • requirements as per statutory requirements and timelines.
  • 6. Ensure regular vendor reconciliation and closure of reconciliation points, if any.
  • 7. Ensure adequacy and accuracy of provisions created at the month end.
  • 8. Ensure all the organizational policies and procedures are adhered to and deviation, if any, is
  • addressed on timely basis.
  • 9. Ensure all Internal Financial Controls are adhered to on timely basis.
  • 10. Ensure timely closure of all audit related issues and queries.
  • 11. Responsible for strengthening and automating the processes under responsibility area.
