Job Description

We are looking for a Manager-Inflight Sales to be based in Kuwait who would be responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the Inflight Sales.

The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a high yielding Buy-on-Board program to meet the ancillary revenue targets through the sales effort of Cabin Crew.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Achieve the Inflight Sales targets of Jazeera Airways through Cabin Crew.  
• Develop sales proposition, processes and procedures in order to maximize sales.
• Prepare and analyze monthly inflight sales reports and develop plans to address performance gaps.
• Coordinate with various departments (Marketing & Product, Duty Free) for optimizing on-board product ranges based on sales trends, introduce rewards and recognition mechanism for inflight sales etc.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and address the gaps for improvements.
• Organize product awareness programs for the Cabin Crew.
• Coach, support and motivate the Cabin crew to improve sales performance.
• Design Cabin Crew engagement and skills training programs to increase sales.
• Build sales loss prevention mechanism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales in the service industry. Preference will be given to candidates from Aviation/ airline background.
• Proficiency in English language (written and verbal), report writing, presentations;
• Arabic language comprehension will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
