flyadeal is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Manager as part of the transformation of our Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) to ensure the airline is best positioned to meet its future fleet growth needs.
The primary focus of the MCC manager is to (i) oversee and monitor short term daily maintenance planning activities up to 'A' check, (ii) schedule and monitor day to day maintenance slots with flyadeal's MRO to ensure daily aircraft checks are carried out efficiently and on time, and to monitor 'in operation' performance of aircraft and effectively trouble shoot findings to reduce the risk of 'in operation' delays.
The MCC Manager will work closely with flyadeals' Duty IOCC Manager, Materials Manager and Line Maintenance Manager.
Applicants wishing to apply for this position must meet following requirements (i) hold a technical degree or engineering license (ii) have a minimum of 5 years hands on MCC working experience overseeing a fleet of 20+ aircraft (ii) minimum 3 year in a MCC management position and (ii) CRS Cat A approval for A320/321 (preferred).
