Job Description

To oversee & guide all aspects of Vistara operations at the OCC, ensure operational activities remain on time and actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate manner and standards
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Prepare dashboards, derive insights and be able to analytically present data
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

  • Excellent communication – verbal & written
  • Proactive, excellent interpersonal and administration skills
  • High level of integrity, judgement and customer service attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Experience

  • 12 Years in Aviation Industry with 8 years in OCC

Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized university
