Job Description

This role is responsible for the reliable operation of all Procurement Systems (ECC SAP, Ariba) System Administration co-ordination. Licence coordination ensuring alignment with Etihad governance, policy, process and compliance requirements.

Accountable for the management of T&I and IBM for system support for enhancements in line with Application Management support services.

Accountabilities

• Provide support to the Heads Of Procurement Operations and the Procurement Operations Officers and End Users where appropriate to ensure that they are able to use the system effectively, providing coaching/training where required
• Assist in the review of any PR/PO transactional issues/blockages, resolving and fixing process flow and related approval issues
• Monitor systems operation to ensure availability to enable users to operate systems in line with policies, processes and governance
• Support any projects for systems enhancements, upgrades, new releases
• Manage relationship with T&I and IBM helpdesk for system performance issues, system problem identification and fixes, upgrades and new releases
• Manage systems administration for SAP (& Ariba); setup/maintain users access & license tracking
• Liaison with Insights team to identify system and process errors, failures and improvement opportunities

Education & Experience

• Diploma level qualification (2 years or more)
• Minimum 10 years Procurement Operations experience, including 5 years experience with procurement systems (P2P) administration and system analysis
