Job Description

Looking for a smart professional with good experience in web/mobile product management. Looking for a candidate who has good experience in Wireframes / Mockups and experience in writing user stories and UX product management. Be the subject matter expert for your product, including its user interface, back end, performance metrics and system performance. Oversee the development (from inception to launch) of assigned Digital Products. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product roadmaps, delivery dates and product demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product development, planning and roadmap execution throughout the development lifecycle
• Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.
• Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements from cross-functional teams and stakeholders on multiple business levels.
• Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and product related issues.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders to execute and deliver on a product roadmap effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to implement and manage product releases, direct QA efforts
• Build online products and services that create value for our customers collaborating with a cross functional product team, including business and channel owners, user experience designers, developers, legal, compliance, brand, marketing, and content editors.
• Relentlessly track the competition and marketplace to seek out inspiration for product innovation and opportunities to acquire and keep customers
• Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics
• Support strategic discussions on the future direction of the product and user experience
• Maintain a roadmap and regularly review with stakeholders and partners
• Operate both independently and as part of a broader team; juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment

Skills & Attributes

• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wire frames and mockups
• Experience with a web-based company managing web applications and multivariate testing is preferred
• Subject matter expertise in Mobile Applications.
• Comfortable with Jira, Omniture etc.
• Exceptional data analysis skills
• Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
• Work under Agile framework and scrum ceremonies
• Write user stories and build user persona to describe the requirements to Engineering team
• Understand and build wireframes & mockups for user stories
• Handle product backlog and manage scrum dashboard
• Act as a customer advocate while explaining the user stories to engineering team
• Understand sprint planning, refinement discussion and effort estimation

Work Experience

• 6-9 years of experience in Mobile Application product management

Qualification

• Graduate degree from a recognized university
