Job Description

The Manager Systems Engineering is responsible for the implementation of New technologies and features. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine requirements and project objectives.
Will also be responsible for

• 1.Responsible to plan and execute new methods of increased productivity and efficiency.
• 2.Manage and Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure , installing , configuring , testing and maintaining operation systems, application software and system management tools.
• 3.Identifies and tracks project risks using project management tools and techniques and develops alternative plans for project completion.
• 4.Discusses project objectives and deliverables with the project team to obtain understanding and finalizes work assignments.
• 5.Identify and resolve issues, handle escalation and communicate to management.
• 6.Follow established standards and change management policies.
• 7.Lead and direct requirements and architecture process areas.
• 8.Drive technical excellence for meeting technical standards and processes.
• 9.Oversee, measure and assess global system performance.
• 10.Plan short and long range projects to increase system efficiency.
• 11.Drive system platform adoption and usage.
• 12.Handle current engineering systems.
• 13.Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot unexpected issues.
• 14.Manage supplier contracts, maintenance agreements and upgrades.
• 15.Analyze existing operating procedures and determine development and quality improvement plan.

•  -Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Aviation Management or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• -Must have the capacity to integrate information from a wide variety of sources; detect trends, associations, and cause-effect relationships; create relevant options for addressing difficult problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes.
• -Should possess a highly effective level of communication skills, both written and verbal.

•  -Minimum 10-15 years of related experience with at least 5 years in the Supervisory Level
• -Experience of leading highly technical multi cultural teams.
