Develops and manages a ‘best practice’ Recruitment function that provides effective service throughout the organization as well as promoting GAL both internally and externally as an employer of choice. Responsible for developing recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources to ensure sourcing needs are met, attract and hire qualified individuals so that GAL is established locally and also internationally as an employer of choice. Also, ensures that GAL meet its Emiratization plan and targets.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR of which 5 years must be in a supervisory position in Recruitment of Aviation, Technical, Operational, Engineering and other senior professional staff.
