To support the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for the assigned region / market by facilitating processes and fulfilling operational requirements.
Accountabilities
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans and campaigns for assigned region/market
Support the roll out of centrally-led marketing campaigns (brand awareness and tacticals) within the assigned region/market ensuring brand consistence, quality, cost parameters and timeframes
Develop campaigns targeting consumer / tourism / trade using joint marketing funds with partners or agents
Support the activation of key sponsorships and partnerships within the assigned region/market
Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in timely manner and under governance
Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
Monitor campaign performance and report to management against set KPIs
Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar (specialisation in Marketing would be a distinct advantage)
Between 2-3 years of work experience, of which preferably 1 is in a marketing-centric function
