Job Description

Minium requirements

  • AME / Aeronautical Engineering background with minimum 3 years experience on material planning.
  • Able to interpret technical manual and other documents to analyse the requirement.
  • Ability to work in coordination with MCC to ensure aircraft dispatch reliability is supported.

 

key Responsibilities

  • Provisioning of aircraft spares, tools, equipment, materials and services for all line and base maintenance activities.
  • Manage spares for optimum utilization and its recording.
  • Responsible for the inventory holding for the fleet.
  • Responsible for forecasting and planning spares availability for the compliance of maintenance schedules.
  • Coordination with various departments in evaluating the material requirements.
  • Coordination with Procurement team for material purchase and replenishment processes.
  • Coordination with Stores to establish the consumption and availability of shelf items.
  • Monitor and raise requisition for materials in minimum order level.
  • Responsible to meet the material requirement at Base and other various stations.
  • Responsible to track the indent spares with Procurement team till receipt at stores.
